Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Cancellation
- Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds for unused time
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except:
- Duplicate charge -- refunded in full
- Extended downtime -- pro-rated refund if the platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Billing error -- refunded in full if charged after valid cancellation
- First 48 hours -- full refund if you subscribed for the first time and request within 48 hours
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5--10 business days.
3. Price Changes
- At least 30 days' notice before price increases
- Increases apply only to future billing periods
- You may cancel before the new price takes effect
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers using the BYOK model. The platform does not collect, hold, or intermediate any funds. For payment processing disputes, contact your payment provider directly.
